Looking for used car tags

Does anyone know if they sell used car tags near the port in Belize? If so, where can we get one? These are my husband's favorite souvenirs.

You can try to small crafts market across from the Tourism Village where the tenders dock. you might also try to contact Bravo Motors and ask them, someone in their service department should know where or if you could find them. http://www.bravomotors.bz/ Not sure of the junkyard locales in the area.

Is it similar to a license plate in the US?

 

I know I've picked up old license plates in Nassau, St. Thomas, St. Martin..

interesting……..didn't think anyone else did this! We have collected a few on our cruises, going to western caribbean next week-end and would like to pick up at least one. Can someone share info to pick one up in Belize or Roatan? thanks…..

We are going there in June also. We are doing a Mayan tour in Belize and will not have a lot of time to look for one. Please share the location if you find one!
