Does anyone know what time they take calls? I've been on hold at 866-234-7350 for almost an hr and no one has picked up. This has happened the last several times I've called during the day. help??? Are they even there?!?!?

I was just on hold for 55 minutes for an issue that took fewer than 5 minutes to resolve. Oh well.
