Spa packagaes

Hi all - we're getting set for our third NCL cruise and wanted to get a sense from people about their spa experiences.

We're about to set sail on the Breakaway (again) and wanted to try out the spa as we didn't have a chance to do it last year.

 

What are your thoughts overall on the experience ... do they do a nice job and is it worth the money? Are there any specific packages for husband/wife that you recommend? Are there particular days that they tend offer good deals? (I think I remember seeing some deals on some port days) ..

I haven't done the A La Carte things at the spa like massages and pedicures. I do purchace the Spa Package good for the week. The place is so relaxing. I can not imagine going on a cruise now and not getting it. It includes Sauna, Steamroom, Thassoplassy tubs, Hot tubs, Relaxation Lounges with hot teas, cold water and a fruit juice, if availiable on your choise of ships Lap Pool, Cold Dip tubs, Hot Dip Tubs and Heated Tile Loungers. I haven't sailed the newer builds so I don't know the particular offerings.
