The cabin arrangements on Quantum class for families of 5 or more?

Which ships have a nursery?

The fact that all RCCL ships have a rock climbing wall?

The fact that Adventure has not yet been put on sale for summer 2015 in Europe?

 

Maybe I am being hard on them and after all they can find it all out by phoning the cruise line......

 

I know all that stuff, but that's because I spend a couple of hours a week hanging out here, on this single board covering one (1) line. Now multiply that level of detail for 20 major cruise lines, and you've got what you're asking for a US-based agent specializing in ONLY cruises. Do you want any questions about hotels able to be answered? Airlines? Passport requirements for various countries? That's a TREMENDOUS amount of information to pick up and maintain. If you ever find an agency that can do that for you, treasure them and book through them often because they are rare, rare gems. Because most of them? They know what they can pick up reading a website for 15 minutes as an overview and the rest they'll have to look up.

I stopped using a TA years ago...by the time she contacted me for a cabin change...the price had gone up. I have done all the booking for our last 16 cruises. Everything is online...you just have to be willing to put in the time.
