What is usually on the good eats menu in the evening? We normally go to the MDR, but may not go every time this cruise.

Are you asking about the late night snacks served about 11PM or about the Lido Buffet? Late night snacks or usually sandwiches hot dogs and burgers if there is not a Guys onboard. As for the Lido Buffet, every night is a different theme. It is a safe bet there will be some sort of chicken or turkey, fish and either beef or pork. Various starches and veggies with salad bar and dessert bar.

Yes, the buffet on the lido deck. I saw where it is open from 6-9:30pm.

Not all buffet stations will be open at dinner because as you say, most people go to the MDR. You will find at least 3 different types of meats or fish and a carving station and plenty of vegetables in some type of sauce. The salad station is usually set up completely and fresh. The pizza kiosk and the deli are usually open.
