Transportation needed from MIA to downtown

We are a group of 4 arriving MIA on a 9 PM flight. Need to make our way to Holiday Inn Port of Miami Downtown. Should I book private transport (any suggestions) or try for taxi?

Taxi on the meter for about $25+tip is your best bet; they have SUV and mini-van cabs for the same fare in case someone in your group packs like my wife. :o

Taxi! Private sedan is about $82 for four not including tolls....I just got a quote from Larry's and almost pooped my pants! If a taxi can't hold the four of us plus luggage, it would still be cheaper to take two taxis!! :eek:

Anyway just get a van taxi at the airport. They are always avaliable and it will be the least expensive way to get to HI.

Take the Metro rail to the Metro mover.

Yes, Taxi. It's not too expensive as mentioned before and calculated per person it's even cheaper.
