Eco boat tour @ GSC?

Has anyone done this excursion? Worth the price? What exactly is it?

My daughter and I did it on our Gem cruise. I enjoyed it. My daughter had a headache so she could have cared less because she just wanted to get back to the ship and lay down! We met in a certain area and then they walked us over to the other side of GSC where we boarded a boat. They took us out around the island pointing out different things and telling us about things. Then they stopped at an area and retrieved some different types of starfish out of the water and told us about them and let everybody that wanted to take turns holding them and then they put them back into the water. We also saw stingrays swimming around. They also made some sort of conch dish right on the boat and gave samples to whomever wanted it. I really enjoyed it myself. It was relaxing and the boat was shaded.

Can't remember what we paid for it but I think it was reasonable.
