HAL's FOD Policy

What's HAL's policy on FOD parties? Boarding the new Westerdam next Friday and wondered what to expect.

I was on Zuiderdam last Nov and there was an FOD party held in the room adjacent the Crows Nest bar one evening around 7:30 pm. No staff attended other than the drinks waiter. I believe that someone has to send a note to the cruise director requesting a party be scheduled. It's not set up on a routine basis. Have a great cruise and give us a report when you get back.

Thanks! Fortunately, we are three gay couples traveling together, so we start off with a mini-FOD party of our own! We met two of the guys at a FOD party on the Sky last year, and they have become good friends.

I would imagine HAL personnel to be quite gay friendly.
