Buying wine in France

Where would be the most convenient place to buy wine in Le Havre, France? We will be taking an all day tour and I am hoping to have time to pick up some French wine. Thank you. Happy Sailing, Joy

I decided to revive this thread since I will be docking in Le Havre again. When we were there before we were able to buy wine just across from where the ship was docked. I think the wine I purchased was excellent. Fred and I like the Red wines. Happy Sailing, Joyce

We purchased wine in a supermarket in Honfleur. The selction was good and the pricing was very good. We had no problem getting it on the ship and to the cabin. We did not drink it onboard, rather took it home to continue the vacation!!

I am so glad I came back to this thread because I was wondering about buying wine in Honfleur. I have decided not to do the Paris trip because I would not really have enough time to enjoy it. Happy Sailing, Joy
