Pride Review - 16-23rd, FTTF, Solo, Gluten free

Hello ~ I enjoyed reading your review ~ I am taking my 13 year old daughter on her first cruise on the pride in July ~ really looking forward to it.

I was trying to decide if I should do the specialty dining at the steakhouse one of the nights - Just trying to decide which night, and if a 13 year old would enjoy it. Do you have any thoughts on this??

Also, We have a balcony the port side. I see you had starboard. Is that the side you would choose again if you were to do it again?

If you go to the steakhouse on the first night you get a free bottle of wine.:p

Regarding the Pride decor: my kids and I were outright laughing at it a few times. We'll see what happens in drydock this fall.

Excellent Review!! Thank you for the detailed information for those who are also need gluten free. My friend is like yourself (very sensitive) and she feels the same as you regarding 1 week on a cruise with special attention to the issue is well worth the cruise itself b/c she feels like she can "dine out" and not worry about anything.

 

We sail with you in the 18th....for me, it can't come fast enough!!

Very nice review. My daughter has Celiac's and is also Lactose intolerant so I'm going to show her this review and maybe I'll be able to talk her into cruising and talk with the Maitre'd and customer service people.
