Paradise island beaches, nassau

Hi, I've been to Nassau many times and did excursions through the ship that arnt available for the sailing I'm going on this Saturday, I have a few questions, if there is 3-4 ships in port is it hard to get a taxi? I'm thinking about going over to paradise island where Atlantis is I've never been over there, is there any free beaches over there and plenty of taxis? And if so what is the average rate?

Plenty of cabs both ways for around 5.00 p/p. Cabbage Beach is the free public beach and the entrance is next to the RIU Hotel.

Also you can take a little ferry boat for a similar rate. Takes you around the ships and past some nice homes.
