The answer to both questions is no, at least it didn't last week. A mini cruise may be different but I doubt it. That said, it is a great place to eat and the £5:25 cover charge for the evening meal is great value. The chocolate mousse is to die for!

Thanks. Last time we sailed on oceana the weather wasn't too good so we ate breakfast and lunch there. It was really nice. This time we are on a two night break in may and was wondering if it would be open when we board so we don't have to have lunch in the buffet, but if its sunny we will have lunch up on deck which we have done each time leaving southampton.
