I have been looking at Princess cruise (balcony) prices for Northern Europe (including St. Petersburg). Why are balconies on Ruby and Ocean so much more than balconies on Royal? Which ship would you prefer?

I have been looking at Princess cruise (balcony) prices for Northern Europe (including St. Petersburg). Why are balconies on Ruby and Ocean so much more than balconies on Royal? Which ship would you prefer?

Ruby isn't sailing to St. Petersburg. Ocean is a significantly smaller ship and per day fares are higher because of that.
