Weird question about E Docs??

It's the latitude level that says you are not registered in latitudes

 

My mum is doing her first cruise with us, I'm platinum, son is gold and mum is prospect on the booking. If this is not their first cruise, register them as my son started collecting as a child

Thank you! It is his 3rd cruise but first with NCL so that makes sense. I feel better now :)
