Can anyone recommend an insurance company who will reasonably cover us for our World Cruise next January. It appears that most insurance companies will not insure an unoccupied house for more than 60 days even if your family call in once a week to check post and plants.

We have extended coverage to 90 days after contacting our insurer. Have you talked to yours as this should be the first action.

If you have familly or good friends who would be willing to stay overnight or longer this should work, but again you should contact your insurers.

Try Towergate who do offer longer term insurance.

Let us know how you get on.

David.
