First timer query re: Disembarkation

This is will be our first time on a cruise and we will be finishing on 25th April in Barcelona on the Splendida.

The arrival time is 10am and our flight home is at 2pm. I was going to book a private transfer to the airport but I am not sure what time the pick up should be at.

If I say 11am will that give me enough time to disembark?

Also would self-disembarkation be quicker and if so how do I organise this, do I have to let MSC know?

Many Thanks

I wouldn't bother with the transfer. Just don't put the luggage outside (self-assist) & leave the ship with next morning when you need to. Takes no more than 10 min to get to taxi stand & then 20+ min to get to the airport.

You may want to tell the guest services that you'll do self-assist in case they need to give you different color tags. But in any case they'll know that a passenger left because cards are swiped on exit.
