Istanbul. What to do for 6hrs before flying home?

We arrive on a Saturday and want to leave ship at 9am. We need to be at airport at 3 pm.Can anyone recommend a taxi/tour Co. that they have used for

such a situation , or a hotel where we could leave luggage during the day.
