How many balcony chairs?

Only 2. It would be very crowded to get 4 out there IMO.

We just got off the RUBY, our cabin for 2 people was on the Caribe Deck, and we had 4 chairs !!

Emerald Princess, Aloha deck so not a premium balcony

They will only allow 2 chairs on that size balcony.

The Caribe deck patios (I've had them on the Golden and a couple of others) are larger than standard balconies and so can accommodate more furniture. I don't think four chairs would fit on a standard balcony.

If you don't mind being at the front or the back of the ship, you might find that a Caribe balcony might be near the same as what you've paid for the Aloha balcony...
