Thanks for posting this, I really enjoyed reading it. DH and I are relatively new to cruising and have only done two ocean cruises, but we took the plunge and booked two river cruises this year (Russia in May and Burma in November). We did a lot of research and felt that river cruising was the best way to experience what we wanted to see in these two parts of the world.
