Kajunswty Posted April 14, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2014 curious of the process? do we disembark and go through the s&s / photo process again or are we allowed to stay onboard & are given the new S&S cards there. we've done a B2B before on NCL and didn't have to leave the ship. the only other time we've some something similar was on a inaugural of the conquest but it was a one night staying at port kind of thing so i don't think the same procedure will apply. Publius1787 Posted April 20, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 20, 2014 We did a B2B on the Conquest last year and we were walked off and through customs and then we got the S&S before being walked back on. The whole process may have taken 20 minutes. We are doing another one on the Dream next year.
cyndi_at_home Posted May 1, 2014 #3 Share Posted May 1, 2014 I did B2B on NCL Jewel March 2013. I was disappointed. We were told we would walk off go through customs and then right back on. NOT! We were put in the VIP area and had to wait until boarding started. If I had known that I would not have gotten off until everyone else was completely off! cruiselover5461 Posted May 3, 2014 #4 Share Posted May 3, 2014 We did a b2b in Dec on Sunshine. Were given new s&s then walked off ship to customs. Handed customs form and agent told Carnival rep to walk us back on. Then security would not let us get back on ship with out going thru security check like we hadn't already been on ship, they did let us board before everyone else. Not what I expected.
