Time for these two excursions?

Would like to do possibly the Sea Trek on Grand Cayman as well as the beach/swim horseback ride through Pampered Ponies (not a Carnival excursion) which is located in West Bay Conch Pointe (20 minutes away I think?). Anyone know if both of these would be doable in one day?
