Disney Dream - baby food

We will be cruising on the Disney Dream in May with our 8 month old daughter. Will the restaurants blend food for the baby? She will eat chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit, etc., but obviously it needs to be pureed. We will bring some back up canned baby food, but at home we fed her home-made food.

Thank you!

They will warm up kids baby food from jars etc, and its on sale in the shops, not sure they will blend food for you.

There are several portable baby food grinders that you can purchase. We had one when my kids were little. Just bring one of those and ask for plain meats, steamed veggies, etc and grind it yourself. At 8 months, she probably will be able to handle "thicker" food too, so you may be able to just mash up veggies with your fork and such too.

They will puree veges and fruits for you. I'm not sure about meats in a blender though. They will also warm up baby food from sealed jars as noted above. If the baby is old enough to handle tiny pieces of meats that you can either cut or put thru a portable grinder, no issues there.

Just in case anyone is wondering, we just got back from our cruise and wanted to provide an update. They will puree pretty much anything. On the first night our head server actually came to our table and asked if we wanted any specific baby food prepared. We weren't sure what to expect, but it worked well. They prepared chicken and any vegetables we asked for for our 8 month old. He asked where we would be having lunch the next day and had the food prepared and sent there. The night before Castaway Cay, he told us the baby food would be at Cookies BBQ. It is just another nice touch Disney has for infant/toddler travelers.
