Coral/Island Princess Interior Room Size

The Princess brochure states that the Oceanview Double with Balcony ranges from 217 to 248 sg. ft. Does anyone know what the interior room size is excluding the balcony? Was hoping it's more space than the 162 sg ft listed for the regular oceanview. Still trying to decide if the $$$$ are worth the mini-suite.

Thanks Largin, Wow once you take away the balcony, those are some small cabins. We sailed the Regal Princess to Alaska last year with an inside cabin, and I believe it was 190 sq ft. I hear the bathrooms are extremely small on the Island Princess. Did you find they were Ok for you?

Most people who looked at pictures I took of our cabin on the Island Princess have commented on how spacious it looked. We were in a balcony cabin on the caribe deck, so our balcony was actually quite large and we did use it frequently. I never found the cabin small, except when we were both trying to get things out of the closet area at the same time!LOL, I think it is a very subjective call.

I prefer the mini's myself.. A mini is around 60 square feet larger than a balcony room, has a larger bathroom with a shower tub combo, a couch and two television sets.. On a 7 day cruise, the price difference between a balcony room and a mini is not that much.
