Any experience with bed/sofa in epic suites?

I just returned from a 7 day cruise in an aft suite in the Getaway. The sofa / guest bed was so hard, it was impossible to sit or sleep on it.

We had the concierge bring us some foam padding just to make it possible to use it.

If anyone has any knowledge about the Epic's sofa / guest bed, I would appreciate the feedback. Thanks, Ken

I think it's an individual thing. My daughter had no issues and slept like a baby. I laid down on it and thought it was fine. Everyone has their own individual tastes though.

I don't know about the Epic but that sofa bed on the Getaway was like sitting on a book.. no give at all. From what you guys are saying, it sounds like the Epic has something much more reasonable. Thanks for the feedback.
