sandy06604 Posted April 18, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 18, 2014 Hi everyone. I've never cruised before but my husband and I booked celebrity summit leaving from cape liberty going to San Juan. I'm very confused as to what places to eat are included. I hear conflicting things. I know main dining, buffet, and pool side grill are included. Oh and room service too. I'm confused as to the crepes and gelato place? Also I think there is a coffee shop? Is that included? Any help would be appreciated!! Also we have the classic beverage package. My husband loves lattes is that included? Sorry for all the questions and I appreciate any guidance anyone can give!
Conshydot Posted April 18, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 18, 2014 (edited) The crepe place(Bistro on 5) has a $5 charge, and it is all you want to eat. Gelato (on 5 deck) is a charge item, but there is no charge ice cream in the buffet area. I think lattes are within the classic package. Most non alcholic coffee items are. I know the Americano is. The pastries at Cafe al Bacio are also no charge and you do not have to make a purchase at the cafe to indulge and enjoy. love the carrot cake! Enjoy your cruise. We love the Summit! lucinjo Posted April 18, 2014 #3 Share Posted April 18, 2014 In addition to the above food places, the Aqua Spa Cafe is no charge (except for some smoothies and yogurt sundaes, which are included in the Classic package). We love to go there for lunch! On the Summit it is in the Solarium area.
NorthCarolinaBelle Posted April 18, 2014 #4 Share Posted April 18, 2014 And don't be shy about asking if you are unsure as to whether there is a charge for something! My first couple of cruises, I missed out on many wonderful foods because I was afraid to ask! Enjoy!!
happybos Posted April 18, 2014 #5 Share Posted April 18, 2014 The yoghurt sundaes and smoothies in Aqua Spa are covered by the classic drink package - yes, I know that a yoghurt sundae is not a drink but it is definitely covered! Was my husband's favourite breakfast when we were on the Solstice in December. Sent from my iPad using Forums
