Great Oceania Phone Response Time

I tried to make my dining reservations online this morning and the website would not let me. It was the first day that I could make the reservations. I called Oceania and someone answered in less than 3 minutes and took care of making the reservations for me. While I prefer to do it myself online, it was really nice to have it taken care of it over the phone. The reservations now show up in "My Booking" on the website now too.

 

By the way, I never have to wait very long for Oceania to answer my call.
