peety3 Posted April 20, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 20, 2014 We've got reservations for the Tracy Arm small-boat excursion (TA1-660A) during our time in Tracy Arm. Anyone know what the return is like? Specifically, I'd like to know where/how we rejoin the ship, and whether we should board the TA excursion ready to take on Juneau as well. Thanks for any insights... chipmaster Posted April 20, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 20, 2014 Took this a few years ago, wonderful if not a looong excursion. We docked back onto the ship while it was docked to the pier in Juneau. The same place we boarded similar to all tender like board and un-board. While in Tracy arm it is great as we got close to the cliffs and waterfalls. For one section we got to get in the mist of the falls and touch the sheer cliffs. Another bonus is you may see wildlife and if so much closer view( seals, bears and whales ). The minus is omg ride to port and no good eats once you exit the fjord 😫

Or simply that it's only snacks during what most would consider as lunchtime? Thanks for your input!
