Mongolian Wok - What to order?

A lot of it is left up to you. When you get in line you will have a large selection of veggies to select from to fill your bowl. When you get to the cook station you will hand the bowl to the wok chef and he will ask you what meat, which is usually shrimp, chicken, pork, beef, you want. You can ask for a combination if you want. They will also ask you what sauce to use and you will have a choice of three. Black bean, Thai barbecue and Szechuan. Very mild to hot. They will cook it up while you wait so you may run into some long lines
