Which are the newest or newly remodeled ships?

Looking for a vacation for 2 adults and teens (19/16) over Christmas break.
Something with lots to do on ship and great excursions (and yummy food).

Breeze is Carnival's newest build currently sailing and Sunshine is recently overhauled

Generally the bigger ships are newer ships, however I'm sure you would have fun on any ship. We always have fun even on the Fantasy class ships which are older and smaller.

The newest built is Carnival Breeze and newly remodeled Carnival Sunshine. I had a great time on Carnival Sunshine. Also consider Carnival Magic or Dream.

We've had a great time on all of our cruises but took our kids (16/19) on the Dream and they were in heaven. I'm sure they would have loved the Breeze or the Sunshine as much.

Just be aware that the bigger ships sometimes mean a bigger price. Look at ships that have 2.0 upgrades (ie Conquest, Glory, Liberty, & Triumph too). Also it may depend on where you want to go or where you want to sail from.
