We are booked on Constellation 9 day Eastern Caribbean in December. We are only Class Captains Club member but we are in an Aqua Class room.

 

Is there complimentary laundry/dry cleaning?

no...that's a captain's club perk not an aqua perk...you get whatever classic captain club members get.
