Hi,

I am thinking of booking a cruise for a 60th and i told my nephew he could come with us he would be 12 when we would book. ( Not sure if his parents would come) how does travelling with a nephew work?

Much appreciate your help

You would need permission documents from his parents to take him out of the country and health care permission docs, too.

Otherwise it would most likely be like traveling with your own child.

We always travel with our nephew. I have his parents sign a notarized letter with my name, dates of travel, where we are going and say we are ok to make all personal and medical decisions on his behalf. Then, Ncl has their own parental consent form you have to sign. Once on board, you are his legal guardian so you can sign for Rock climbing wall, teen club permissions, etc.
