Splendour Of The Seas Sailing Last May 28th

I was on the Splendour of the Seas sailing from Barcelona on May 28, 2205. I am wondering if anyone else had problems with their cabin. We went to our cabin and were told the carpet had just been shampood, but later found out there had been a flood. Our cabins stunk and and we asked for another cabin. The Guest Services people were not very accomodating. We asked for see the Head Purser, and we never did. I have been waiting since June 20th for a reply from RCI, but I think that this cruise line does not have their passengers best interests in mind.
