Will they bring in a roll away every night as opposed to making the couch into a bed? Those beds are so not comfortable and you lose the couch during the day!

You can request one. It's not a guarantee unless your particular room is designated as having one. Quite often, there are some unused rollaways that they can bring in for you, but less likely in higher demand sailings. Let your room steward know as soon as you can. You can also request that they turn the sofa bed back into a sofa during the day.
