You see the price and then when you go to the summary of charges they have increased the 1st cruiser price and then give the 2nd passenger 1/2 of the inflated price. There is a thread with posts from people who have benefited from the sale. I saved $118 on my CA Coastal cruise for Oct 2015. Not a ton but better than nothing! But, the BOGOHO is ALWAYS a great deal when booking a new cruise. If the promotion is being applied to an existing booking it may or may not be a good deal.
