Or pica pica, or however you know it. I know it will be the season and wondered if anyone at Belize recently had a run in with those nasty jellyfish larvae?

OMG !!! what is this ? I have never heard of such a thing..

I think this time of year it depends on the wind and currents. Strong winds driving waves will tend to bring them closer to shore. Forecasts I'm seeing for next week shows winds under 10mph in Belize all week.

But if you're using a guide, they should be aware if pica-pica are present and let folks know.

Makes me feel better. We are booked for private with Ivar. But I ordered sea safe just in case. For some reason all the no see'ums always find my DH and 1 of the DD's.

My wife apparently got nailed on our 19 April week trip. Wasn't apparent until later in the day. I had only a few and probably thought they were chiggers until I saw her welts.

Take some hydrocortinsone cream in your kit and you should be fine.
