Port guides

Does Celebrity still provide Port Guides in your cabin, the night before each port?

I have read mixed comments on other threads where some cruisers did not get any information onboard. I wonder if this is a new cutback/policy or if it was just the stateroom attendant .

in march in the caribbean, we just received the shopping guide rather than the port guide as well. They were sometimes useful, although a bit basic. I always do a search before going and pull the info I want just in case

sometimes there was a shopping guide and the same on a stand as you left the ship. They had a map inside but the aim was to point out the shops rather than anything else. Really recommend you do your own research, buy a book and also pick up things from the local tourist info places.

We bring alsorts home from each port we visit and I get them out again next time we are going
