Looking at Flights through Atlanta from Uk, anyone have any experience with Atlanta airport.

We have a 2hr 40 min stopover, will this be enough to clear Customs and then check in for our second leg to San Juan.

It should be enough time. I wouldn't cut it any closer, though, just in case you come in and there's a rush on Customs & Immigration. However, if you do make it through quickly, there are worse airports to spend a layover...:D

Mmm.............if possible, I would look for flights with a bigger window of time

I've flown through Atlanta twice and would never do it again from choice

No offence to the airport, it's perfectly pleasant

.....but, over 2 hours each time to get through immigration, then baggage reclaim and recheck, security, and the train between gates meant a mad run for my connection :o

Not a relaxing start to a holiday
