Cruisin'cockney Posted May 18, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 18, 2014 I have seen plenty of threads on travelling to the caves by bus from the dockyard or from Hamilton by bus after taking a ferry from the dockyard. However, I am looking at a day in St George's including the caves in the PM and lunch at the Swizzle Inn. Any reason why this shouldn't be doable? JandKMom Posted May 18, 2014 #2 Share Posted May 18, 2014 I asked the same question in a recent thread and got some very good advice. Please see down the page Hoseshoe Bay and St, Georges the same Day - Logistics. I actually decided instead to do St. Georges and the Crystal Caves instead and SailBad the Sinner gave me some excellent advice as to exactly which buses to take. One or two of them actually stop right in front of the Swizzle Inn. I believe Bus 11 and possibly 13? Not sure, but please read that thread to the bottom for the answer. JandKMom Posted May 18, 2014 #3 Share Posted May 18, 2014 Just looked up the thread. It is inbound bus 10 and bus 11 from St Georges that stop in front of the Swizzle Inn and then it is 1/4 mole walk to the caves.
