Yes! You will have an excursion ticket for the cabana and it will tell you where to gather to be led onto the first tender.

As others have said, yes you do and there's also a jitney to take you to the cabana. There's a both right inside the arch (after the obligatory photo) on the left - go there and they will direct you. It was awesome!
