Taxi Rate - Fort Lauderdale to Port of Miami

Can anyone give me an idea of what this trip would cost by taxi????

Alot! Your best bet is probably an airport shuttle that goes between the airports. If you google transport between ft lauderdale and miami you will see many options. Cabs are very expensive. It can cost 40 dollars just from flll airport to some ft lauderdale hotels on the beach.

$80-$90 plus tip.

 

Pros and cons like everything else--more expensive but gets you there when you want to get there--no shared ride--eliminates all the stops at various hotels.

 

If that's not important, then look for cheaper alternatives. SAS, QLS, etc

 

We used Fort Lauderdale Transfers from the Embassy Suites on 17th Street this past November--very good service on both departure and return.

 

Keep in mind that it depends on where you are leaving from in Fort Lauderdale.
