Breakaway Concierge

We will be on the Breakaway in June and was wondering if anyone can tell me if the Concierge is Adrian Bica/Assistant Concierge: Elvina (tis is what I found searching the boards). If so how are they. We have never had either one of them, but he ones we did have were very good!! Thanks in advance for your help!

we were on the breakaway sailing 4/27-5/4. Adrian/ Elvina were wonderful. Very accommodating,wonderful personalities. You will love them.

Good to hear that the concierge folks are exceptional. While we have sailed on the Epic in the Haven twice, this will be our first on the Breakaway. When on the Epic, the concierge escorted us to the shows and in the case of the Blue Man Group we were provided entry prior to the long line. Does the Breakaway concierge follow this same practice? That is escort, special elevator, early entrance to the show?

Last year we were escorted to the Cirque show early but no ohter shows. There is a seperate area in the theater for suite guests to sit. We wre in a Spa Suite last year and the same this year, I am not sure about the higher suites.

Thanks for your thoughts. I was thinking that the Epic also had a separate seating area for suite guests for the shows in the theater as well and for those shows we went on our own so that is likely the way the Breakaway will handle it.

We were on the Breakaway in Feb and at that time we had Adrian and Kadek. Elvina could have been there too but I have no idea because we just dealt with Adrian and Kadek.

 

Adrian is the best concierge we have ever had. And we were lucky enough to have him twice (Jewel GV 2010). We also happened to have Kadek twice as well but he was our butler on the Gem.

 

You will be very happy with Adrian. He gets things done and and although he has a great sense of humor, he knows when not to joke around. He went above and beyond for us during a medical emergency.... Very professional and he made a very scary situation a lot less scary.

If it were possible, I would adopt Adrian Bica in a minute. He has been by far the best concierge we have had in 30 cruises. Met everyone of our needs and above. His ability to be everywhere and always in wonderful humur. Enjoy!

Didn't know if you saw this thread that was started but is all about 2014 Identity Captain, Hotel Director, Concierge, etc.

maybe as you get closer to your date you can search and see if they are still on just in case of vacations

Adrian is scheduled to be on Breakaway through the end of August when he goes on vacation. He really is the best and his assistant Elvina is wonderful. Enjoy your cruise!
