hi can any one help the final balance for my cruise is to be paid is this week, now to ask how much to up grade do i pay up first then ask? do i ask before paying up? and who do i ask the TA that booked the cruise or straight to royal caribbean ?:confused:

If you are before final payment, do a mock booking on the RCCL website. The price listed for a higher level cabin (less your deposit) is what you would pay. Make sure all taxes are included. Compare that to your current balance due to see if its worth it to upgrade.

 

Your travel agent owns the booking so you have to go through them. Be aware that some T/A's (not all) charge a fee for changes.
