Caribbean Cruising in August?

Recommended Posts

The heat is fine by us, we have enjoyed Egypt in 45C/113F however I know the humidity can make it hard going. My main concern is the likelihood of delays/ detours due to weather. We are quite relaxed and wouldn't let these things stress us, but it's helpful to be able to have an idea of contingency planning in case it's ever needed.

Thank you everyone for your input :)

Be sure you have this trip fully insured. We have been interrupted twice during hurricane season and it's a big pain in the butt. Also can be quite disappointing as well.

No more east coast cruising during hurricane season for us.
