Summit Debarkation Delayed

I was half way out the door to pick up my wife and daughter from the Summit (they had a 9:30 departure time) when they called to say that the Coast Guard inspection that was supposed to be last Sunday is underway today. They have been told there is a one hour delay in debarkation.

Yes they rescheduled it to today. I got off the ship almost an hour and a half ago though and am already home! :(

We got off the ship at 8:20 am and were home grocery shopping at 9:40 am. We had a great embarkation last Sunday and great debarkation today thank goodness.

We debarked at 9:15 a.m. Was very easy; no herds of passengers. Maybe that's why.:confused:
