I assume you have gone to the Oceania website (http://www.oceaniacruises.com) - go to "Already Booked" -- enter your booking info - and you can view the ship's excursions, make dining reservations (for the specialty restaurants) -- and find lots of helpful information.

Layers work well include a rain jacket with a hood & a good pr of walking shoes for ashore

 

If you are prone to motion sickness be sure to pack something for that
