Can someone tell me where the shuttle drops you off in Stockholm and Helsinki? What is the cost and can you pay on board?

Thanks

HAL didn't offer a shuttle in Helsinki--but $29 for the green hop on/hop off bus paid through shore excursion desk.

In Stockholm it did offer a shuttle, $12 each way, each day, per person. Drop off and pick up at the Opera House.

As we had used the Green Hop On/Hop Off in Helsinki we showed our receipt to the person in Stockholm with the Green Hop on/Hop off and got two 24 hour (which was good until 5 PM the next day) Green Hop On/Hop Off Bus and Boat (along with red city sightseeing bus) tickets for 560 SEK or about $84.00 for both of us; US credit card accepted.

Hal did offer a shuttle to town on our Eurodam May 11 Baltic Cruise in Helsinki. It was roundtrip multiple times per day, with a drop off in the city center, for one price. An announcement was made that you could purchase in either dollars or Euros on shore so choose the one that is cheaper. I think it was around 7E or $10 US for one way and slightly more for all day. We used it for one roundtrip and then found a nice walk along the water for a second trip into town.

Wow--we missed any shuttle deal--but the Hop On/Hop Off bus did give you a tour of the city and the opportunity to see different things that weren't walkable from the town center. PLUS it was 45 and raining and windy the day we were in port.
