transportation on Nassau & Freeport

On the Norwegian Sky, 4 day cruise.When we get to Nassau how much are taxi cabs or any other tranportation to get over to the Atlantis side. In my late 60's so can't walk a mile. I understand their are water taxi and where are they located? How far to walk to their and then to Atlantis. In Freeport are there any shuttles to take you around at the pier? Don't want to go to the beach as I will do that on the next stop(they have a island stop). I usually depend on stuff on the outside instead of hiring the ship tours but not sure if they have transporation out there like regular 8 day ships and stops. Thanks for any information.
