obstructed views on Carnival Freedom

So what does osbstructed view mean for this ship? I am on an upcoming cruise on the Freedom. We are booked for aft and close to the last elevators.

Had a friend that had a similar room on the Sunshine and looked they could see ok.

There is a white dolly they use for window washing/ painting. It COULD be outside your window
