The Must Do

Hey everyone, we will be stopping into San Juan as a port on our Eastern cruise in September. Curious what the Must Do's are.

We will have DS (3 y/o) with us. We live in St. Augustine, FL and have our old fort here (Castillo De San Marcos and Fort Mantanzas), so unless we can't find anything else, I'd rather do something different there lol. I've read about Bio Bay, and I wish we would be there late enough to do that (I guess we will just have to book a cruise out of San Juan soon lol). I've also read that there's a pretty substantial undertow at the beach? Help please! :)

You have to leave San Juan to visit a beach. We like Isla Verde. Your options are going to be more limited with a 3 year old. Have you thought of taking a tour to El Yunque? I have visited St. Augustine and love the forts in OSJ. Walking along the outside of the city walls is neat, especially at night.
