Drive Amalfi-- the great and the AWFUL!

We used Drive Amalfi on our Liberty cruise.

I Naples we had the best tour EVER!

In Messina we had the WORST! Apparently Slavatore uses an "agent" here and we (8) were in an unairconditoned Ford van, with a person who had never been a guide before (and was called in at the last minute), squished in a van for 8 and we had ten total with driver. I have emailed Salvatore numerous times, but am just getting rote emails back, no help to us now! A larger group (12) had a great time-- great guide, ample room, good A/C. So my suggestion is, if you have a small to medium group, be careful. You may want to get a local guide instead of someone who is trying to run this business long distance. We learned our lesson.
